USB Data transfer issue after 2.2 Update

Has anyone else encountered any issues post 2.2 update with USB data transfers? I have transfered 1+ gig AVI files up to 2.1 with no issue, it would transfer with in minutes. Now when I connect, my PC has a pop up and says connect to a USB 2.0 for better speed, I have a Z600 and all ports are 2.0 and have never seen this prior. It's taking about 10 minute per 100MBs and I have Class 4 SD so speed has never been an issue.

OK still kind of slow but I have to connect, unplug without shutting off USB connection and reconnect, and the non 2.0 device message won't show up. When I transfer 1+gig goes from 1+HR to 15 mins, very odd
