USB Mass Storage Issue

I'm trying to move some files from my pc to my D3 but when I plug in the usb and select mass usb storage nothing happens. Any thoughts on what I might be doing wrong?

After unplugging and plugging back in a couple times it's now working. Thanks for the responce tho.
