Usb tether + tasker

I am trying to have my phone autoconnect by usb tether when I put my phone in the car dock. Can anyone point me to the directory where the usb teather app is located. Or better yet does anyone already have a setup to due this as I have no clue.
I am currently running CM 6.1 RC5 on a droid 1
