I just bought my girlfriend this phone from WireFly and went through one of the worst customer services in my life trying get it activated. Long story short, I will not be able to have it activated for a couple of days. I was told by the horrible customer service reps at WireFly that I could not turn on the phone and use it just on wifi until I was able to get it activated. Can anyone confirm this? I tried doing some research but could not find a clear answer. I just want to get everything set up for her, but I don't want to mess anything up. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
