User error im sure

I just got the phone yesterday when I got home I checked the box for a software cd but there was not one there. So I plugged it into my computer and its telling me I need the software in order for the computer to see the phone. Not a big tech person but know the basics. Basicly just want to put music on the phone. Also anyone know of a voice record on this phone? A texted send voice record? Thank you for any help

The only thing you might need to install on your PC for the Droid is the drivers for the computer see it...

There is no actual program specifically for the Droid like there is for Windows Mobile phones or BlackBerries...

Welcome to the Forum...

When you connect the Droid to the PC with the USB cable, Pull down the notification bar and it will say USB Connected, tap that then tap Mount. You can then drag and drop to the SDcard like a thumb drive.

Are you asking about sending a voice mms? or a voice to txt app? You can do both with the Droid.
