Using droid app from pc?

I got my droid recently and am having fun with the apps. Unfortunately my younger sister is as well. She keeps pestering me to play this-

Green Tree v1.2.0 Game

that game requires you to check on the damn tree constantly, so she is either taking my phone or calling/texting me reminding me to care for it.

So the question is can droid apps be played from a pc somehow? If she could play this on her laptop I'd be free...
