vCards via bluetooth

hi there, is it possible to send and receive vCards with droid/milestone via bluetooth (and eMail)?

Vcard and Droid...

I was looking for the same information.

It appears that a Vcard file may have been saved on the droid as part of one program's setup - but I'm not sure which, nor would I know how to send it if I did....
