Verizon Double Data Promo for LTE phones - still around?

Sorry, can't seem to find this... I saw where it was rumored to come back a month or so ago, but can't seem to find whether or not it did, and if it did, is it still around?

I think if you upgrade to a 4g phone then ye it exists.

I saw a commercial for it this morning. Razr in white and purple (plum) followed by the limited time double data offer.

Unfortunately they have no solid "end" date announced, but the double data promo was brought back on 2/10/2012 - I believe to coincide with the D4 release?

It was all over various Android sites as well as Engadget prior to relaunching on the 10th
