Verizon early upgrade?

I am not even sure if this is the correct forum to put this on - but I'm just itching to get my new droid. My upgrade is not until next Thursday. Do you think there is any chance/way of upgrading early? And if so, how?

If you dont have a smartphone they can move it forward by like 4 months, if you do they can usually go a week you could always stop in the store or call in and see if they will move it forward. Good luck!

If its just next Thursday I doubt you'll have a problem. They'll be more interested in getting the sale and getting you locked in for another 2 years than to fight over a few days worth of waiting.

Now, getting it moved ahead by a few months, that's a different story.
