Adam Outler hacker extraordinaire has taken his Casual program for the Verizon Galaxy Note 2 a step further to now incude a completely seamless one click unlock/root/recovery install method. Prior to the latest version Casual did most of the work and Odin completed the process. This was already pretty easy but apparently some folks were having problems flashing the packs in Odin after running Casual. The new method does everything all at once. It has not been fully released just yet, but only because it has not been extensively tested.
