Verizon Galaxy S4 - Problem of not ringing when I incoming call

Sometime within last 3 to 4 weeks my Verizon Galaxy S4 just stopped ringing when I received a call. I can't think of anything that I could have done to change it. I only just today did the latest update from Verizon, but that made no difference at all.

It vibrates on most everything, except when using keypad as I can't get a peep or a buzz out of it

I'm not sure how to do the soft resets or hard resets or I would try those.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

Have you tried a battery pull? Usually for glitches like this a battery pull will help. Also helps to leave the battery pulled for a good minute.

Thank - I tried that and it didn't work, but I got to checking and it will not play music or anything audible. It's almost as the speaker is dead or unhook. I guess it will have to take a trip to Verizon and I hate that!
