Verizon GNex Voice Typing Not Working at all

Anyone know why I can not get Voice to Text to work at all?? Every time I start it up I get a"Server Problem" error.

There are some settings in the Language & Input Menu that have to setup. And I seem to recall that you must have Google's Voice Search installed (??).
