Verizon Location Agent

I noticed this the first time today on my new Rezound when I checked battery. I never noticed it before on my original Droid. The CPU total for it is 3m 54s; the Keep awake time is 8h 21m. Checking the Location settings I have VZW Location Service off; I am only using Google Location Service and GPS only when I need it (normally of). So is this something I should worry about? Power drain? Or should turn it on anyway in the settings? Thanks!!

I would also like to know the answer because I get the "Location Setting" message on my Rezound as well.
