Verizon #MIN automatically

Does anyone know if there's an app out there that will automatically dial a number? I just lowered my minutes on my plan and am trying to figure out a way to automatically have my usage sent to me before my billing cycle ends every month. Verizon doesn't offer anything like this, but I wanted to see if there was something available.
