Verizon out last night - how do I set back for 4g service always ?

Verizon was out last night. How do I re set my phone to always be in 4g type of service . I know its in settings somewhere but where ? Any and all help is greatly appreciated. thanks.

Settings, wireless networks, mobile networks, make sure cdma/Lte is selected.

Mine is set up like that and it will not go back to 4g automatically. I have to turn phone off and back on
