Verizon Razr - need to factory reset

I purchased a Verizon Razr at a yard sale and unfortunately I paid too much for this phone because it looked to be in good condition. Unfortunately I cannot figure out how to perform a factory reset. I followed the instructions on the Verizon website. The screen that I am seeing does not give me the option to do a factory reset.

Please help me out. Thanks.

Before even attempting Jeffrey's suggestion, I would call Verizon to verify the phone isn't blacklisted. Simply by being at a yard sale, and being locked, it's very possible the phone is stolen.

The ESN was checked and the phone is clean and clear!
