I ran across this article about Verizon possibly throttling high data users.

I find that disturbing coming from the company that regularly made claims about their network being able to handle the data load of devices like iphone and android. They claimed iphone had issues on att because atts network wasn't as strong as verizons.
Now instead of increasing tower capacity or adding towers to meet the need they sold to people, they are going to throttle. Id like to know what a heavy data user is to them because I regularly go over 5g a month and I would not be surprised if more then 5% of users are similar.
