Verizon version or Google Version

The only difference between the Google version and the Verizon version is that the bootloader will be locked on the Verizon version to prevent unlocking and rooting. They will still get the same updates from Google and will still run the same software. Many of us are beyond rooting anymore so this may or may not be an issue. But I am curious which version each of you will be buying and for what carrier?

After internal debate, I ordered the Verizon version from Google. Never rooted my Nexus 6, and the 2 XL will do everything I require, and probably more, without root. As long as the updates are received at the same time, I'm good.
