"Verizon Wireless" Announcements

Hello all, brand new here.

Did a bit of searching, couldn't find what I was looking for.

Anytime somebody calls me or I make a call, before it connects the lady says "verizon wireless". Will also say it at random times just sitting unused on my desk. Spent 30 minutes on tech support with verizon, no help, went into the store, no help, all idiots!

Anybody know what feature this is so I can disable? Thanks!

settings>sound&display> see if either call connect or roaming tone is checked

uncheck if they are
