Version 2.2 Camera Error

My phone was updated to 2.2. Now when I try to run the camera, I get an error box: "Camera Error" "Cannot Connect To Camera" HELP!

Did you ever get your issue resolved? I just had the same issue with the latest 2.2 update. However, I went in to the running applications and started to disable some running apps and the camera started working again. So I wonder what ever resolved your issue?

Went to Verizon and they re-insalled 2.2. Wiped out my data, but fortunately I had just done a backup. Camera worked, and after reinstalling apps, it quit working. I disabled some apps, and it works. I suspect Anti Droid Theft, but am afraid to reload it.

It is the anti thieft that is messing up the camera. i had the same problem til i just read this, i then uninstalled the anti thieft and my camera works fine now.

but we will see also. i think the company should look into that
