vibrate pattern

hey, does anybody know how to change the vibrate pattern for a notification? It used to have two short bursts of vibration, but has been changed in one of the software updates to one long vibration.
thanks, and btw i'm rooted if theres a way to do it while being rooted.

what messenger are you using? handcent and gosms all have options for that under settings, i dont know about stock

i know that, but i am wondering i there is a way to do it with stock.. i'll try the others though

I don't think there's any way to do it with stock, I have never seen anything under the settings for that. I believe you'll always have the default two buzz pattern.

thats the thing i lost the two buzz function with a software update, and i want it back, so there has to be a way somehow
