Video conferencing app

Hi everyone, and thanks in advance for your help. Does anyone know of an easy to use app that links the phone and camera so you can video conference, as the iphone 4 does with it's front-facing camera?

I know it's not what you asked for but there is a app called ip webcam in the market. it says it works with skype but I never tried it, but it will turn your phone into a webcam that you can view from your computer.

Then whats the point of skype? I can video conference on my Laptop thru skype why not my phone?

Because your phone doesn't have a front facing camera.

Also does not do face2face like the iPhone app.

Fring uses your Windows Live Messenger account to do video chat. Maybe that will help you out some
