Flashing a custom recovery to your RAZR HD Dev Edition is a pretty straight forward process. There are currently two recoveries to choose from. Each of these are brought to you by developers "Hashcode" and "Dhacker". P3Droid also provided the CWM recovery early on. Simply download the recovery from below. Open a command window from the download folder, type "fastboot flash recovery nameofrecovery.img". Pretty easy. From there you will be able to backup your entire device by making a nandroid backup, then proceed to flashing custom roms and mods!
