Hello dedicated community.

I am going on a long trip and was hoping to be able to watch a few movies that I have saved as .avi. However on a few of them my DX says it can't play that file type and on others it starts, gets 20 sec in and then says it can't be read, and with one it plays. Any suggestions as to a good video player? I don't really have time or the flexibility to convert the files I want, that just seems like too much work.

Another question just out of curiosity; is there any good program or plug-in that allows you to download youtube videos?

You need to save them to mp4 format. Try this link www.megaupload.com or My first movies post... - BlackBerry Forums at CrackBerry.com wich will bring you back to megaupload.

What I did was made a file named "movies" and saved them there. Should be able to view the files then from your gallery.
