Video issues on liberty gb v.9

I am on liberty gb v.9 and enjoy the sleekness. Paid for the pro toolbox. My only complaint is that when ever I watch a video that I have either downloaded or transferred to my phone and try to pause, rewind, flash forward, or play, then my cpu gets clogged and says that 100% of my cpu is being used by "user". If anyone knows how to fix it, would greatly be appreciated. Thanks.
