Video/Movie Problem

OK so I put a movie on my sd card in a folder called movies. And it has been converted to the right format for droid. the video shows up on the phone like it should but the problem is when the movie plays it just the audio no picture...any answers

Not sure why. On my Droid X, I could only get movies to play by creating a folder called "Movies" inside the "Media" folder. Media > Movies > Your file here. My X is also somewhat finicky. Some mp4 files play no problem. Other times I have to convert to wmv.
