Video out on a computer monitor?

As the title implies, does anyone know of a program (for Windows) that displays your phone on a computer monitor when plugged in via USB? Wi-Fi would be pretty sick, too haha.

You're more likely to find remote apps such as DroidVNC Server than you are a video-out-via-USB solution.
