Video problems

I can record them but it tells me I can't play them when i looking gallery there's a blank folder with blank thumbnails and when I click the thumbnail thats shows the last video. in the cam it brings me to my picture gallery. any ideas

And another question I got pop in my mic I think idk if I did but people can't seem to hear me but I can speak to text but the sound is low and help on that?? Nvm lol its a waterd down mic.

I see the same problems with the video gallery. Every now and then, some of the stored videos become unplayable/ corrupt.
