The Seeing Red Theme by Sparkyman is a quick way to give your device a whole new look and feel if you are running a CM10/AOKP Style Rom. Sparkyman has gone in depth with theming adding special touches to the settings menu, notifications, nav bar, and quick settings tiles. He has also added quite a few custom app icons, and themed the framework as well as system UI. This is a pretty sweet theme not to mention it is totally free!
