Video Uploaded to desktop from razr pixelated

Hello,

I am having trouble with video uploaded from the razr to a desktop. After uploading the video is pixelated and out of sync. However, when I view the videos on the desktop directly from the phone while in mass storage mode, they are clear and in synch. Any suggestions.
