Our next in a string of new Android tablets today hails from India. Videocon just announced their new VT10 10-inch Android 4.1/Jelly Bean tablet. The new tablet will sell in India for Rs. 10,999 (approximately $200 USD). It has some pretty decent specs at that price. Here's the skinny:
