Videos won't play.

Hi, I'm at my wits end. I hope someone can help me. I've got a couple of different Blu-ray movies that included digital copy discs which I've downloaded to my Incredible (Dark Knight and Iron Man). I cannot get the movies to play. I've downloaded at least 6 free media player apps and the closest one I've come across that came close to working was arcMedia. And even that one only plays the movie in clipped, super slow mo with no sound. I've gone round and round with Verizon customer service and they basically said I'm on my own. The last suggestion they made was to download 'VLC media player'. I downloaded the free beta version, because I don't want to pay for the $3.99 version because I'm convinced that it won't work and then I've just been burned again. Anyway, I downloaded the free beta version and all I can see is that there's no obvious way to access media files and it's asking about wifi connections and I have no idea about that. I've spent two weeks with Verizon Customer Service trying to fix this problem and am now searching this forum for help. I'm gobsmacked that it's this hard to just play a simple digital copy of a movie on a smart phone that touts movie playing capablility. Can some one please help me out???

Thank you in advance.

Go and download Handbrake on your PC and convert them to .mp4, that'll solve your problem.
