viewing multiple contacts on previously sent text message

I cannot find a way to view who I emailed in my message list when there are multiple contacts. (emailed 10 people and wanted to verify that someone got something, but can only see two and their numbers on the top). Thanks for any help!

I have a Samsung Galaxy SII running Gingerbread. Using messaging that came with the phone.
