Virtual joystick and aim (in games) issue

I have this issue with modern combat 3 and with dead trigger. When I try to move around it is hit or miss...most miss. I'm using the virtual.joysticks but it seems unresponsive. My touch works fine besides those games though.

Anyone else have these issues
