Virtual Keyboard

My appologies if this has been covered, I could not find the thread.

I do not like/use the virtual (software) keyboard, thus is why I have always had hardware keyboard devices. I have disabled the software keyboard repeatedly, and it keeps reactivating itself. Have not been able to find if a specific app causes it, or just a bug. Anyone else experience this?

Where are trying disble it?? I don't even see the option to turn it all the way off?? I'm going to options under language and settings.

I don't think there is an option to fully disable the software keyboard.
