Visual Voice Mail

When I bought my Motorola Droid...the tech guy set up a widget for Visual Voice Mail for me.
Tonight when I clicked on it...it gave me a message with my cell nbr. and the box below is asking me to "Enter my Pin" and then log on.
I have no idea what my pin is.....how can I find out what it is?
This has never happened before. When I clicked on the Visual Voice Mail
widget...it just listed my calls and did not ask me to "Enter my Pin"
What do I need to do?

Thanks...what I ended up doing was calling a techie at Verizon...who changed the PIN for me!
