Visual Voicemail help

So I have flashe CM4D2 and am loving it so far. But I cannot get my visual voicemail to work. I didn't see an app for it so I downloaded Verizons and when I try to activate it, it tells me that there is already one installed but I can't find it. Can anyone help?

Why not just use Google Voice? You don't have to pay VZW for visual voicemail if you use it.
