Visual Voicemail Problem

I keep notifications of visual voicemail. I try to go in and it makes enter my password/code, and then it says it needs to start the provisioning process. It's done that 3 times now. Anybody else having this problem? I have to pay monthly for this and if it's going to be like this I will drop it.

My VVM has never worked well since owning the phone. Kill your subscription and save the money. I put a big vote out for You Mail. It's been stellar for me and others and is much more customizable when you log on to your account on the pc. Custom greetings for who you want to get 'em and more. Did I mention it's free?
