Voice Calling Wrong Photo

If I manually select a contact to call their correct picture appears on the screen, however, if I do voice calling the correct phone number appears on screen but another one of my contacts photo appears instead of the person that I am calling - anyone else?

Happened to me as well. Now all I ever see on voice calling is a Droid picture.
