Voice control on d2

Is there an app or widget or something of the like that will allow me to open it and then have voice control of my phone to make, rcv calls, send and rcv txt, and in general have total control of phone for safer hands free driving etc. Im a noobie and know it but have searched with no luck so far. Thanks
