voice to note app

Hi,
I'm looking for a app that i can speak to, and it will convert the speech to text, and store it for future reference. I think of ideas or to-do lists a lot while driving and would like to grab the phone, say my list, that see it later when I can use it.

Any one know how this could be accomplished?

I think the app Speaktoit Assistant does that. I played around with it a while ago and it was pretty cool.
