Maybe where you're located. I'm in San Diego and don't have this option.

It's a soak test, hasn't been released to public yet. Maybe next week as everything seems to work like it should.

Actually it's being reported as live.. Check for updates and see if it's there...

Test phase is over and it should start rolling out to everyone soon even though there were problems reported with voice controls.
