Volume question

Hi - new here, and have a volume related question re my Droid X. I have the phone ringtone volume up very high which I like. But when I play music like Pandora with headphones, I turn down the volume so ears won't be blasted. But then if I don't remember to turn the volume back up after Pandora, for the rest of the day my phone 'rings' very softly. Is there any way to hard keep the phone volume at a set level thruout the day no matter what I do for a short period of time while in another application?

Welcome to the forum. Go to settings, sound, and click on volume. There should be settings for ringtone, media, and alarm. Also a check box to use for incoming call volume. See if u can adjust those settings.
