Volume Widgets Not Working In ICS

I'm not sure if this its just the RAZR or all ICS, but my volume widgets no longer seem to work properly. I tried Simple Sound Profile Widget and Silent Toggle Widget, and neither effects the notification sound. Even when the notification bar shows silent, and the widget settings show all sounds as 0, if i check the volumes in settings, its still at max.

Are there any that work? I love simple sound profile widget, if it only did its job...

Also, vaguely on the same topic, why can't you disable ALL vibration? Phone unlock and grabbing widgets to the dock always vibrates even when all available options are disabled. grr.
