VZW disabling tethering apps from market

How are you getting your way again? You're paying them, they're in control of their network, they're going to stop unauthorized tethering, and you're going to continue to pay them...and you are going to whine while you visit verizonwireless.com to pay your bill...lol...yes...you are getting your way.

When one way to tether is shut down, more will arise. Just like the past few days. It's fruitless, but it gives them something to do.

There can be 100 different ways to tether, but when tiers are introduced believe me you will not be getting your way...and you'll still be paying all the while whining about "price gouging" (LOL!)

I want tiers more than you could possibly know. I use well below 5GB a month, tethering or not with Verizon. I say bring them on!

Well since we're not allowed to "go off about V Tos say" then yeah you're right...but...is that how it works?

"Before you go off about the laws of this country, I'm going to break the laws...think about what I'm saying"...pretty awesome loophole.

Just ignore the TOS and you'll be ok, huh?

Lol of course you posted up first!
All you haters are funny and amuse me.
Like you really live by every law on the books.

Thanks for addressing my post. What a waste of a thread.

So...in your head, Verizon's plan to stop unauthorized tethering stops with removing some apps from the market? They're pretty much sitting back and going "We got 'em!!" LOL...naivety is awesome.

You go to fill up your car with $30. You want to use some of that $30 in your portable gas tank, but the station wants a $20 fee to be able to do that. I believe in that case one should hide behind their car and fill up the portable without the station knowing and be on their merry way.

More like they give you a free fill-up say, after purchasing $500 worth of goods in Walmart. Then, after you fill your car, you start filling gas cans. That's wrong and everyone knows it.

Who knows. But I am willing to bet I, along with many other users, will find a way around whatever Verizon tries to do. Just as we always have.

LOL! Ok. You guys pat yourselves on the back too much. The only reason you are doing the things you do is because the carriers have allowed you to. LOL...methinks you think the devs are manifestations of gods on earth hahaha :icon_ banana:

It sounds wrong to you and Verizon, but I will continue to be a petty thief and steal from Verizon all I want while you act high and mighty and get off to the fact that a company is abusing its customers.

They may as well be since they are allowing me unlimited enjoyment even though I am paying to be strapped down, so to speak.

People went nutzoid when they expected VZW to gouge them on LTE. One can only imagine the REAL and JUSTIFIED rage people will have if tiers get jacked-up to include tethering people don't want or need.

Yeah...that's kinda sad. :(

LOL. That's a real piece of work right there. VZW has done nothing to you yet looking the other way while you steal service, and they are abusing YOU?!?

Second, I don't care if people commit a little petty theft in this case, do it myself. What gets annoying is all the whining and misplaced outrage.

Instead of being grateful we've gotten this little fringe benefit for a while, people are outraged it's going to stop. It's just ridiculous and childish. Entitlement sickens me - it's lazy, uninspired and just plain un-American.

Your welcome!

Lol, I'm really beginning to think that you think you're some kind of freedom fighter hahah..."Protect themselves against the vile anti-consumer evil conglomerate that is Verizon Wireless!!" LOL...
