VZW- New *Approved Substitution Warranty*

If anyone is having issues with their Note 3 regarding dropped calls and/or data connectivity issues and has not been able to get the *friggen* thing working, you may have had your prayers answered. VZW started a program today that allows an alternate device replacement for the note3. If your phone has a higher than 3% dropped call rate on multiple towers and/or has data issues (i didnt catch the requirement on the data issues but believe it is *similar*) then you can get it replaced with a GS5 at no charge.
They just fired the program up today according to the rep and were still in the processing of building out the platform for the system while I was on the phone with the rep. Hopefully some of you will find this helpful.

Yeah unfortunately, the memory in the S5 is only 16GB, 9 with system installed. Not really a fair trade-out in my opinion.
