when i first got my nexus i loaded wallet and spent the free $10, just recieved a new nexus from verizon cause mine broke, added wallet and same gmail account and theres another $10 free balance on it?

i think you need to go to security, and check mark "unknown sources - allow installation of non-market apps"

the free 10$ is dependent on the User ID. each device has its own User ID and unless you call money network to transfer funds between 2 user IDs (had deposited funds on the first device and needed it transferred to the new one) then it is treated as 2 different users who just so happen to be using the same email
