Wallpaper help

Not sure if this is the appropriate spot for this...sorry if it isnt. I picked up some wallpapers that were suppose to be 960x854 but arent. Can anyone help me resize them so they look good.

Freeware app from Market "CropWallpaper" will allow you to select an area, or select the entire image(resize it) and make it the wallpaper.

That sounds neat. So this app will resize up and down so the image isnt blurry? Ill have to check it out.
