I've had an Innocase Surface and Holster for my Droid since I bought it a few months ago.
After about 2 months I noticed that the clips holding the pieces on were breaking off (the front had actually lost one on top and was dangerously close to loosing the second).
So I contacted Sedio about getting an RMA. First I was surprised that they actually approved it since it could have easily been blown off as customer abuse, but they did approve it and I'm happy to say I got my replacement Innocase Surface yesterday and my Droid couldn't be happier! Now instead of wasting money on another case I get to buy a Desk stand
