Hey y'alls , I had a really good question but forgot it after having registered. after 3:00 am, been checkin' out my new Commando all night.

Oh yeh, when data is used while on wi-fi, am/are I/we being charged by verizon for it? I'm sure I already know the answer but thought I'd double check without calling verizon. Thank you for

any help.

What data? Your main ISP or Verizon 3g/lte? If it is the latter, then yes you are being charged.

welcome to the forum. are u on a data plan? if ur using mobile hotspot on ur device and didnt sign up for it, u might be getting charge.

if i'm wi-fi enabled and the verizon network in settings says disabled, wouldn't that be isp?

i have the 2 gb plan so at this early stage of usage, data would fall under that. What I meant to say is, "Is it counting toward my data usage or is it free of that and other charges?" if it's wi-fi.

And to answer your question, no. If you are using wi-fi that should not count towards your 2gb plan.
